Should I attend this course?
Good leadership is essential to morale and teamwork in every
organisation. If you have recently been promoted or are about
to take up your first role as a leader, this course will enable
you to step into your new position with confidence. You will
learn the essential skills of leadership, what your staff
will need from you, and how to get what you need from them
in return. You will also practise dealing with a number of
situations and challenges commonly faced by leaders.
In this highly interactive and practical course, you will
have the opportunity to get together with colleagues who are
also new or prospective leaders, to share ideas, and to learn
